Check-in was quite friendly. The beds proved comfortable. Free water filters were available in the lobby. This was convenient after a long day. The hotel offered a really clean environment, which I appreciated .
The shower did not drain properly so it was hard to enjoy it without flooding the bathroom

The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. They provided assistance with directions and recommendations. Cooked-to-order omelets were available during breakfast. cappuccino was available upon request.

The hotel includes an elevator for easy access to all floors. Free water is available in the lobby. I also noticed the extensive fire protection system with safety measures in place.

My room included light shutters on the window to control sunlight. a wall-mounted phone. The room was clean. A rainfall shower with a good flow, also electric receptacles, existed where needed.

the location proved very convenient. it was a short walk to the castle and the park!!! a metro stop nearby made other parts of the city accessible. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the bathroom was somewhat small.

i found the location ideal it was close to the metro station plus several shops and restaurants were steps away i could easily walk to many major tourist spots like the duomo the room was clean and a good size especially considering its central position the bathroom while compact had everything i needed
the air conditioning did not seem to cool the room sufficiently i found the temperature a little warmer than i prefer at night

the room included daily towel changes and cleaning services the bed provided great comfort i found a good selection of television channels were available and a mini fridge kept my drinks cold it was a nice space

i found breakfast offered many choices with fresh options prepared daily the breakfast area was well maintained and the staff were attentive to refills and cleanliness the coffee machine provided a variety of beverages to begin my day
